Facilitation of Identity and Ideology
What is it about?
Identity Work or facilitation of identity supports the discovery, exploration and integration of different aspects of individual experience and coining.

Through narrativation of aspects and events perceived to pertain to one’s self, self-referential constructs of reality emerge, which provide orientation to individuals and collectives alike. New experience is subsequently assessed and integrated on the basis of these pre-established ideas about one’s self and the world at large.

Linguistically sustained constructs of ideas support, similar to an ideology, the perpetuation of one’s overall concept. These ideologies pre-structure individual attitudes, perceptions, assessments and behavior as much as future events and experience. They constitute an important basis for self-concepts and cooperative behavior and can be found in the form of individual, collective and cultural ideologies.

What we will do
The widening of inner perspectives as much as the update of individual and collective identity and associated ideologies constitute the first core of our self- and cooperation-developing facilitation of identity and ideology.
