Enabling Moderation of Identity
What is it about?
Enabling moderation of identity supports the development of identity and ideology in individuals, groups and teams. It’s aim is to facilitate an increase of inner behavioral options and a deeper foundation of ownership and inner leadership.

This is done in order to enable a more efficient, target-oriented and inclusive cooperation of the individuals involved. Enabling moderation of identity serves deep transformational purposes and is implemented in different contexts, as in individual, corporate, social and cultural cooperation.

What we will do
The use of enabling moderation of identity leads to a tartget-oriented exploration of processes, which, under day-to-day conditions, cannot be assumed to always be deliberate. Internal perspectives and world views, concrete experience and concerns on the side of the participants combine with the process knowledge, experience, intuition and empathetic accompaniment of the moderator.

The resulting developmental partnership initiates reflection, inspires participants to explore relevant aspects more deeply and encourages them in difficult terrain and dire phases of development. All of this is done with the intentions set firmly to improve cooperation.
