Great Moose Migration (May 2024)
As conventional wisdom has it, one of the most tried and tested approaches to
leadership and
cooperation is to sometimes take a break from both.
Some use hiking, biking or other forms of sport. Others indulge in arts, home-cooking, shopping, meeting friends or spending time with their families. Some like playing computer-games, reading, gardening or traveling. Yet others sleep, meditate, watch television, solve puzzles or have a couple of drinks. Or they´d combine different approaches! You name it. The list of balancing (in-)activities may be as diverse as we all are.
Now, I´d like to add one more activity to this list here. A seasonal activity. One I came to know about only recently. One which I like myself and want to share. No outdoor-gear needed. And yet connected to nature. And animals. What a great way to balance oneself! To get your brain off of work and into a remarkably different state of mind in an instant. Interested?
To get away from it all, just for a few moments, in order to return more relaxed and mindful afterwards, consider to take a look at The Great Moose Migration in the north of Sweden.
About 40 cameras, microphones and a life stream. Slow-tv at its best. To be retrieved on:

Welcome to Germany 2023 – Waves of Crisis as a Notion of Normality?
Yesterday is gone. The day before yesterday has also passed. As all the days before have. That is a truism. But how comes that today´s optimism, confidence and equilibrium seem to slip out of peoples´ hands? Some are mourning for the lost time. Mourning for all that was not possible during the pandemic. Which cannot be made up for easily. First, wary signs of post-pandemic relief got quickly ambushed by the perceived threat of Putin´s war in Ukraine.
We realize the tightness associated with the global wrangling of different economic, political and ideological systems, which are of concern to all of us. Indirectly and yet directly. The term “
loss of prosperity“ spoils our lust for life. Our spunk to work hard today, to forgo things, or better – to adjourn them to a later point in time – disintegrates in light of the prospect of a proclaimed, seemingly inevitable decline. Economically? Socially? Individually?
There is barely time to consider these questions. Some lose their courage facing high inflation, dreaded energy shortages and the feeling to be helplessly exposed to these phenomena. We listlessly take note of the
reichsbürger-movement, the climate crisis and our dysfunctional army as much as of underfunded infrastructures regarding national transport, education, medical care, civil service and public administration. We gotta move on. To somehow keep deficient systems and ourselves afloat.
individual and collective facilitation of identity needs dialogue. With others and ourselves. Inner and outer work. Adjoinment and demarcation. Exploration and clarification. Acceptance and integration.
This kind of work will prove to be essential in times when long-standing notions of normality are challenged and new ideas are not yet established. It strengthens the experience of self-efficacy and generates confidence for dealing with ongoing waves of crisis. It supports new positioning, orientation and agency. Individually, in a team, an organization or institution
We design and facilitate work on identity in individual-, group- or team-settings. Dealing with private, work-related or social concerns. We are happy to enter into related discussions with you.
Arriving in the "new normal" 2021. Inner Assessment, complementary Positions and the Mothers of Invention
It's been a while. Approximately a year and a half this July. That is about the distance between the
"old, pre-pandemic normal" and today. No way to get back.
New normals were quick to emerge. And busily consolidated. Now blocking paths to the past.
As overworking loses its charms for some, so does languishing for others. In order to truly arrive in the
"new normal(s)" and manage a sustainable reintegration into the new set of current realities, ID'ology Inside facilitates inner assessments, the exploration of complementary positions and the update and recalibration of oneself.
We offer these sessions in individual- and team-formats via phone or video-conferencing to both private and corporate individuals.
Facilitation of Resilience 2020/21 - Phone/Video-support in times of Lockdown.
The constraints, challenges and hopes in times of Corona influence people in different ways. The combined demands of work and homeschooling may lead to enhanced efficiency or growing despair.
Working in our homeoffices, many of us may miss their colleagues and friends while others struggle with their financial or naked survival. Daily troubles boost and escalate conflicts in families and communities. Yet others are helplessly exposed to their anxieties and the solitude of the lockdown.
You can improve your resilience regarding the impositions of social distancing and their collateral phenomena. For single private individuals and for organizations we offer accompanying, disburdening talks based on trust in difficult times. These will be held via phone or video conference.
You will decide if you would like to talk about day-to-day private, corporate or existential challenges. We can arrange talks on a short notice, too. Please inquire into our actual schedule.
