Our Signature Approach
Facilitation of identity is an innovative approach to transformation management which develops improved self-competencies and cooperation skills. We have researched this methodology scientifically and subsequently adapted it to the fields of personal development and cooperative practice.

In the course of identity facilitation participants' previous dealings with individual and collective needs and expectations are jointly examined and possible adaptations explored. Inner worlds of imagination, emotion, thinking and behavior of the participants will be widened. Thus self-competency is enhanced and new cooperative options are enabled.
