Identity Development and Cooperation
What is it about?
The sum of existing and accessible, unaccessible, envisioned and emergent aspects of individual identity excerts a substantial influence on human self-concepts and cooperative behaviour.

Hence the development of individual identity, a widening of inner options and an increase of self- and cooperation-competency are used as points of entry into improved cooperation within and between individuals in teams and groups.

What we will do
Transformation and improved cooperation in and between teams, groups and other stakeholder-entities constitute the second core of our facilitation of identity and ideology.
